Should we be worried about widening pay gap between bosses and workers?

Top company bosses earn 183 times more than their workers on average. That's the latest figure in a study by the High Pay Centre. It says that in 2010, the chief executives earned 160 times more. So does it matter - is growing inequality a worry? Are big bosses paid too much, compared to their employees?
