'I'm a boy' - transgender child on life changing decision at 11 yrs old

'Mum, I'm not a girl, I'm a boy'. Paul (not his real name) is 11 years old. He was born a biological girl but lives his life as a boy. Stephen has been speaking to him and his mum Angela; we've changed her name too to protect their identity.
