There's some good racing in both codes this Sunday and William Hill Radio's Mick Naughton joins Mark Walton to look ahead to the best of the action at Pontefract and Southwell.
Mick previews three races at the West Yorkshire venue, including the Listed Flying Fillies Stakes, and a quality Handicap Chase at Southwell.
The pair also take a glance towards some of the top-class action in store at York next week.
