Tonight will see Frankie Boyle perform at Féile an Phobail festival in West Belfast. There has been controversy since the gig was announced with calls for it to be cancelled because of past jokes about people with Down's Syndrome. It is expected that Parents of children with disabilities will hold a protest at the event. Last month, festival organisers said they were "deeply sorry for any hurt or offence" that had been caused by Mr Boyle's appearance and they would put in place measures to avoid such a situation "arising in the future".
