Fit for Work Scheme comes to County Durham @bishopfm interviews

@bishopfm @RozPeverall and #DennisDuncan interview Dr Smart and Dr Theve regarding the new project to help employees who find themselves signed of sick for four or more weeks, that can help enable them to return to work with Occupational support provided through their G.P. The service is a #confidential,#free, service available to #smallemployers and #mediumemployers. Further information can be found at #fitforwork or www.fitforwork.org. The service is not mandatory but there to help with return prospects to work.The Fit For Work Scheme is designed to help the well being of employees and the business workings for employers who may not generally have access to Occupational Health Services. The Scheme sounds very beneficial.
