UPRG and SDLP clash over South Belfast parade

The Parades Commission has been criticised for giving the go-ahead to a controversial loyalist parade in South Belfast tomorrow night.
There were complaints over paramilitary displays at a similar parade last year. The parade commemorates the 21st anniversary of the murder of UDA men Joe Bratty and Raymond Elder. Organisers say up to 1600 people and 35 bands will take part in the parade. There was controversy last year when a £11,000 memorial funded by the Housing Executive was used to honour UDA members including Bratty and Elder.
