Why Ryanair had to do a U-turn - quite literally - over passengers' baggage in Derry

Now, imagine this: you're on your holidays and about to jet off to Spain to escape this dreadful Derry weather. You drive to City of Derry airport, board your flight to Alicante and are just about settling in when you're told the aircraft has to turn back - because someone forgot to remove the luggage from the previous flight. That's exactly what happened with Ryanair flight FR9665 yesterday. The airport says it's sorry. Well, Noel Kelly was on that flight and he spoke to Brian Kernohan.
