Stage 20 | Pinot triumphs on the Alpe as Froome clinches the Tour
July 25 | The penultimate episode of the Telegraph Cycling Podcast from this year's Tour de France comes from the top of Alpe d'Huez after Thibaut Pinot's stunning victory for France and shortly after Chris Froome's press conference.
Pinot, like his compatriot Romain Bardet, rescued a shaky Tour with a fabulous win on the iconic Alpe while the battle for the yellow jersey finally burst into life further down the mountain.
Nairo Quintana and his Movistar team-mates pulled off a smart tactical move to put Froome under the most pressure he's faced during this Tour.
In this episode of the podcast, Richard Moore, Lionel Birnie and Daniel Friebe are joined by La Gazzetta Dello Sport's correspondent Ciro Scognamiglio to discuss the stage. They also ask where this leaves Froome now, there's an argument about the worth of the king of the mountains competition and a look ahead to the Tour's final sprint on the Champs-Élysées on Sunday.
There's also an interview with Team Sky's Luke Rowe, who is set to finish his first Tour in Paris on Sunday.
