UK Warns Drone Users on Flying Close to Planes

It's being called the "dronecode".

The main aviation safety watchdog in Britain has issued a new warning about the use of drones.

They're those unmanned aerial devices which companies including Amazon have been eyeing for their future business potential.

But there've been a number of recent incidents involving drones being flown dangerously close to passenger planes.

So now the UK's Civil Aviation Authority is warning drone users to fly their gadgets away from aircraft, helicopters, airports and airfields, keep them within sight, and fly them no higher than 400 feet, that's just over 120 metres.
