Would you sit facing another passenger on a plane?

Do you hate sitting next to a complete stranger when you fly? If so, things could get much worse for you! A new patent has proposed a space-saving design for the economy section where passengers would sit FACING each other in order to maximise the space available!

Does this thought fill you full of dread or would you be happy enough to sit opposite another traveller? And what about plane etiquette in general? Do you have any pet hates where other flyers boil your blood?
