OECD puts pressure on South Africa to tax wealthy.

Athens wins a cash lifeline as the European Central Bank's boss Mario Draghi stands by Greece's place in the euro. The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development says South Africa needs to improve business regulation and tax the wealthy in order to improve it's economic prospects. And Japan has abandoned it's designs for it's Olympic stadium.
