But first Greg sings the praises of Kevin McReynolds, while Jeffrey sings the praises of fringy Jewish platoon dudes. Then we talk about the Mets first half and Jeffrey takes on Greg and the internet on the subject of Juan Lagares. Then we answer you e-mails about...uh, Juan Lagares, the fringiest of  fringy prospects, and shirseys. But hey, at least it isn't as long as an MTV Alternative music video show this week.
