BLM offers to give land to Utah County for Lake Mountain shooting range

The Bureau of Land Management wants public input on a plan to give 160 acres of ground to Utah County for a gun range south of Saratoga Springs. Public lands in that area are under a temporary target shooting ban due to public safety concerns.
