Should Greek Debt be Forgiven?

Pressure is growing on Greece's lenders to give more ground as the clock ticks down to Sunday's critical EU leaders meeting. European Council President Donald Tusk will chair that meeting. He said today that any deal should also include proposals from lenders about how Greece's debts can be made "more sustainable". That could mean debt forgiveness - an idea Germany in particular has been resisting. The BBC's Mike Johnson asked the US economist Irwin Stelzer if he thought Greece would have to be let off repaying some of what it owed.
