Devon Staples's mother wants to increase regulations on fireworks

Devon Staples tragically passed away this past weekend when he tried to launch a mortar off of his head while drunk. His mother says that this is the result of not having enough regulations and restrictions on fireworks. Ethan and Alex discuss the issue and tell you why the idea doesn't make sense
