Mons 2015 - Atopolis

Mons has taken a XIXth century military riding school, an XVIIIth century convent and a graden and combined them to create a location for digital industry start-ups. But before those companies move in, the renovated spaces are welcoming a major contemporary art show by 23 artists from around the world. What does Atopolis mean? Richard Harris finds out for us.
