Superweeds spread as budget cuts bite

Superweeds are invading Northern Ireland. And even though it's claimed the unwanted plants are growing to several feet high - there'll be no attempt to cut them down soon. The man responsible, Danny Kennedy, says it's an issue which will impact right across the country. The DRD Minister told the Assembly that due to budgetary pressures weed killing won't be carried out.
