Do you think cyclists can be a danger to pedestrians? A recently article in the Belfast Telegraph has hit out at rude cyclists on the Lagan Towpath - hurtling past walkers in their 'lurid yellow Lycra'. Near misses, accidents, and foul mouthed rants at people in their way. Do our cyclists need reigned in? Vinny donned his Lycra - and headed to one of Belfast's walkways... So should we go a step further and ban cyclists from pedestrian areas? Or have separate zones?
