Jermaine Jenas came through the youth ranks at Nottingham Forest and made his full debut for the club aged just 17. A year later he transferred to Newcastle for £5m but spent the majority of his career at Tottenham. A full international since 2003, Jenas has earned 21 caps for the national side, and was included in the squad for the 2006 FIFA World Cup. This is Jermaine's #One2Eleven
