London's property market is booming. Investors from around the world are ploughing money into the city's real estate. For businesses looking for somewhere to set up shop, this is a big problem - as city centre rents head ever upwards.

But there may still be bargains available - beneath the streets.

Today the city's transport authority held a meeting to drum up interest in a rather unique property - it wants to lease out space in an old underground railway station, which hasn't seen any passengers in decades. Theo Legget has more.
