Contractors for the Utah National Guard are scouring Winchester Hills east of Snow Canyon State Park for unexploded artillery rounds from the 1950s and 60s. Lt. Col. Steven Fairbourn explains why some area homeowners will need to temporarily evacuate or have demolitions experts on their properties.
