Man asked to leave a restaurant because of his neck tattoos. Is that discrimination?

A Coleraine woman says she and her husband have been left embarrassed after being asked to leave two restaurants because he has visible tattoos on his neck. Andy Smith was on a night out with his wife Janeen in Portrush when they were asked to leave both the Neptune and Prawn and Harbour Bar.
