A row has broken out at a committee meeting of the new Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council after members failed to agree on a motion to open the full council meeting with a prayer. The proposal was put forward by DUP councillor Mark Fielding as a prayer had been used by Coleraine Borough Council for over forty years, it was opposed by Sinn Fein.
