Two Utah police chiefs who worked the streets of Maryland see lessons to learn from Baltimore riots

West Valley City Police Chief Lee Russo and Provo Police Chief John King both worked around Baltimore before coming to Utah. They say the outburst of violence there could happen in any American city.
