Our top story this morning concerns the welfare of new born babies. If your child was born with a heart murmur and blockage would you want to know? Mother of two Lauren McAvoy's son, Cian, was discharged from the Ulster Hospital despite having a major heart defect. The hospital says doctors have to make a decision between "giving information when it is necessary, and not scaring parents when it is not." But should parents not have a right to know? Joel spoke to Lauren. She started by telling him how the family first became aware Cian had a problem.
