Is inheritance tax the most unfair tax?

It's been described as the Uk's most hated tax. But now the Conservatives have made an election pledge to scrap inheritance tax on homes worth up to £1million. The move would mean more owners of homes in the UK would be able to pass them on to their children without paying tax. Chancellor George Osborne said his plan "supports the basic human instinct to provide for your children". But critics say it would "disproportionately" benefit well-off families and drive up property prices. #BBCNolan
