Sleep vs. School - Park City Doctor/Father Pushes for Later Start Times

Doctor John Hanrahan, father of children in the Park City school system, started a petition to have start times for high schoolers pushed back. His efforts are based on medical research showing teens are not biologically built to succeed academically when they are in class earlier than their bodies are ready to be.
