What should be done about low pay in N Ireland? A new survey says incomes here had the biggest fall out of anywhere in the UK last year. Typical household incomes were down 4 percent (£860), according to the research by the think-tank Resolution Foundation It's been claimed there is a persistent problem of low pay in Northern Ireland. Can anything be done to tackle this?
