A Grand Day Out: To Abergavenny ... and back! - Part 1

Every now and then we all need to do something which feels a little mad. For me, this Easter weekend, it was taking a train - well, actually nine trains - from my home in London to Wales, and back again, all to have lunch with my mum and sister. The day began before the crack of dawn, and it was dark once more as I arrived back in Richmond some fourteen hours later.

This is the first recording of two, charting my day as I travelled west to Abergavenny, including a forty minute break at Salisbury.
