A man known as the "naked rambler" has had his final appeal to be naked in public rejected by the European Court of Human Rights. Ex-Royal Marine Stephen Gough, had argued his repeated imprisonment breached his human rights. He's now been in and out of jail for years. But is he doing any harm?
