They were described by Peter Robinson as get out of jail free cards. The controversial On the Runs Scheme saw more than 180 republicans sent letters telling them they weren't wanted by the police. The Northern Ireland Affairs Committee launched an inquiry after one of the letters led to the collapse of a trial into the IRA's Hyde Park bombings. The findings have just been published. #BBCNolan
