Utah's governor signs bill bringing back firing squad for capital punishment

Governor Gary Herbert has signed HB11, allowing the use of firing squads as an alternative form of capital punishment when lethal injection drugs are not available. His spokesman Marty Carpenter tells Scott and Maria why the governor did not heed calls to veto the bill.
