'Man poos in street' shock #BBCNolan

Newry and Mourne Council have cause quite a stink with a video they have posted on the council Facebook page. The video is part of a campaign to reduce dog fouling in the area and it shows a dog owner 'defecating' on the street leaving practically nothing to the imagination. It has been described as "an innovative approach" to raising the serious public health issue of dog fouling. Stephen talks to Newry and Mourne SDLP councillor Michael Carr and gets the views of commentator Heidi McAlpin
