End rates relief for Orange Order - SDLP MLA #BBCNolan

The Orange Order should be blocked from a scheme which has saved it nearly 6 million pounds. The call comes after the organisation announced new protests over disputed parades. SDLP MLA John Dallat has accused the Order of adding to the cost of rates by endorsing and inciting protests that add to policing costs. And for that reason he says it should not benefit from the scheme anymore. Enda talks to John and DUP MLA and member of the Orange Order William Humphrey.
