The DUP are hoping to hold the keys to Downing Street after the General Election. Opinion polls are predicting a hung parliament, and Peter Robinson's party will be up for a deal if this happens. But Labour and the Tories have been warned against any post election agreement with the DUP. An article in the political magazine the New Statesman claims "the DUP hold some views which if in government would be embarrassing to any partner."
