A petition to stop a lollipop man high-fiving children has been handed to council bosses. Nkosana Mdikane - known as Smiley - was told to stop his famous greeting for safety reasons. We caught up with mum Evelyn Shaw who delivered it to West Dunbartonshire council - and the man behind the campaign.
