Sage Testing, is it better or worse than the assessment systems we've had in the past

We've been seeing a lot of stories surrounding public education this year. The fact is our expectations for our children are much greater than they have been in the past. SAGE is the latest form of testing. The question is will it work better than the testing systems we've had in the past?
