"Worst" town centre in England: 1 in 3 shops shut...

Take a walk around one of Stoke-on-Trent's six town centres and you will find a fair few empty shops.
It seems to be a staple feature of any UK high street since the recession.
But a report out today claims that the city has the two worst town centres in England -- measured by the number of closed shops.
1 in 3 retail or leisure units are unused in Burslem and Hanley -- compared to an average of 1 in 5 across the north of the country and 1 in 10 in the south.
We sent our reporter EMMA THOMAS to Burslem to find out what's happening there....
