HB 66 is a proposed bill that would allow public employees and religious organizations/individuals to choose if they feel comfortable marrying same sex couples. We spoke with Rep. Jake Anderegg who is heading up this bill. He said the bill still needs work, but the idea is to protect religious rights while not infringing on the rights of those same sex couples who want to marry.
