A commission looking at the way social care is provided to people in their own homes in England has concluded that the system is in crisis, because of poor employment practices and lack of money. It found tgat more than 200,000 staff are paid less than the minimum wage, and many are on zero-hours contracts. The BBC's social affairs correspondent Alison Holt met one care worker, Rochelle, who kept a diary of her work.
