UKIP MEP for Scotland David Coburn hits back at claims UKIP is to blame for NHS Grampian staffing crisis

David Coburn, has hit back at claims that the party is to blame for staffing crisis, because they make staff from abroad feel unwelcome in Scotland. He instead thinks that it is the Government's fault.
