The Zambian children left orphaned by HIV

Zambia is one of the countries hardest hit by the HIV virus. The UN estimates that around 150,000 children have HIV - many more have lost their parents to the virus. It's seen as one of the root causes for a lack of development in the southern African country. The BBC's Lucy Burton speaks to children and their carers at a the Grace Academy, an orphanage in the northern city of Ndola.
