Award winning pianist and producer Kris Bowers on air with Chris Philips. Kris plays XOYO in Old Street tonight Wednesday November 19th.

Kris Bowers is in London for the EFG London Jazz Festival and brings his band to XOYO for an underground session in super trendy Old Street. Bowers appeared at Love Supreme Supreme Festival this year. He's currently writing and producing a new album in LA. He told Chris about hooking up with José James and joining his band, working with hip hop artists, winning a top jazz award and receiving it at the Whitehouse, being awarded the record contract that has seen him step up on the world stage, being mentored by Herbie Hancock and more.
