would YOU be willing to pay an extra £12 a year, to help those struggling and in fuel poverty? The 'Warm Homes Discount Scheme' has been operating in the rest of the UK since April 2011, but does NOT apply in Northern Ireland. It would see pensioners and certain people on low income and benefits, get an extra £140 pear year.
