THE MOTHER of a disabled man from Penkhull -- who died after choking on food in a care home -- has told BBC Radio Stoke she believes he'd still be alive if he'd been allowed to live with his family.
40-year-old Mark Bailey, who had autism, was removed from his home by a Mental Health law used by social services.
But a BBC Radio Stoke investigation has revealed that the legislation is now under review after it was deemed "unfit for purpose" by a House of Lords committee.
