Relaxation of strip searching rules for dissident republican prisoners is on the cards at Maghaberry Prison. But the Prison Service says changes depend on threats against prison officers being lifted. Independent assessors have been reviewing progress - or the lack of it - on a 2010 agreement aimed at reducing tensions in the jail.
