Should cycling with headphones be banned?

According to a new BBC poll, almost 90 per cent of British people believe cycling with headphones should be banned, because it could distract cyclists and put them in greater danger.

London's mayor Boris Johnson is in favour of a ban, and in New York, you can't wear them on, or in, both ears at the same time.
