4TH NOVEMBER.

Over 4000 foreign drivers escaped speeding offences in Scotland last year.

Clyde News has been working with The Institute of Advanced Motorists to discover that foreign drivers have escaped 4,073 speeding offences in the last twelve months.

The figures are being revealed following a freedom of information request to Police Scotland, which asked how many foreign motorists had been caught by speed cameras across Scotland. As foreign vehicles are not registered with the DVLA these speeding offences are not pursued.
