It's a founder member of the European Union, nestled discreetly between Belgium, France and Germany.

But the grand duchy of Luxembourg has been attracting some rather unwelcome global publicity of late.

Put bluntly: is Luxembourg helping multinational business escape its fair share of tax?

Our reporter Marie Keyworth looks at how this tiny nation of just half a million or so people came to be a global centre for business and finance.

And Luxembourg has a government-funded agency, Luxembourg for Finance, which is tasked with developing the country's financial sector.

We talk to its chief executive, Nicolas Mackel, about why he thinks international business sees his country as such an attractive place to be.
