It's the start of the third week of the most important political talks Northern Ireland has seen in years. Last week the Nolan show revealed the DUP and Sinn Fein couldn't even agree on whether they've been talking to each other. Sinn Fein also complained the talks were being held to ransom over the Orange parading dispute in north Belfast. And the UUP told us they'd waited 45 minutes to meet the DUP before giving up in frustration. So are we anywhere nearer to avoiding the collapse of the Northern Ireland Assembly?
